Embedded EXIF and GPS data can disclose when an image was taken, the device involved, and sometimes a precise location you never intended to publish.

Trust Haven decodes and re-encodes uploaded images before storage. That process removes embedded image metadata such as EXIF and GPS from the stored image.

Passkeys, identity verification, protected media routes, server-side permission checks, bot deterrence, and audit records make unauthorized access harder and reviewable.
The honest boundary: No service can prevent an authorized recipient from taking a screenshot or keeping a copy. Trust Haven limits platform-side use and unauthorized access; image metadata removal applies to uploaded images, not video files.
